Happy Thoughts With Clary Sage

A recent study demonstrated that clary sage essential oil can support your happiness! It can significantly reduce cortisol levels and significantly increases 5-HT levels in menopausal women (some who said they were depressed, and some who said they weren’t depressed).
Whoa, that’s a lot of science, so let me break it down a bit for you.
Cortisol is a stress hormone that is released by your adrenal glands. Cortisol is released in response to stress. Your body releases more cortisol when it senses it is under stress.
